Working Grade Knives
Below are examples of "Working/Using" knives that I have produced. Some of these knives may slightly cross the line into the Collector areana, but any knife should be capable of being used for it's intended purpose.  ENJOY!

52100 "Leaf Hunter"
This hunter sports a blade of differentially heat treated 52100, carved nickel silver guard with nickel/white spacers, and a handle of carved/textured African Blackwood. Flat ground with convex edge.

"Red Stag Hunter"
52100 Blade (4" blade), Nickel silver guard with with black spacers, carving/texturing.  Handle of Red Stag, complete with 10-12oz "pouch" style leather scabbard.
Similar piece price:  $650

"EBK I"
This is by far, my most popular knife.  It was designed with usefulness and economy in mind.  Blade material is 1080 with G-10 handle slabs, with German Silver pins and thong hole liner.  I am currently experimenting with S30V steel as a blade option for this knife.  If S30V works out, I will offer it as a option in the not too distant future.  The cost will be higher for S30V blade, due to the increased cost of the base material.  I also offer the EBK in a wharncliff style blade......the EBK II.
Price: $165 (with 1080 blade)
S-30V available by special request

"High Country"
This is one of those knives that blurs the lines of "Collector Grade" and "Working Grade.  This particular knife was MY hunting knife during the 99-2000 Montana Hunting season.  It performed wonderfully, and was sold not long after.  It hosts a Mosaic Damascus blade of 1084/15N20,  carved Nickel Silver guard and butt cap, Pink Ivory spacers, and Sambar stag handle.
Similar piece price:  $1,200

"52100 & Ironwood"
This is an example of a full tang hunter.  The blade is differentially heat treated 52100, guard is carved and textured Nickel Silver, with presentation ironwood slabs.
Similar piece price:  $475

"Ironwood Drop Point"
Another example of a typical 4" bladed hunter.  This one boasts a blade of differentiall heat treated 52100, carved Nickel Silver guard, and Presentation grade Desert Ironwood handle.
Similar Piece Price:  $400

"Locust Drop Point"
This knife represents a typical "hard use" hunting knife.  This one hosts hidden tang construction with Honey Locust handle, black fiber spacers, carved Nickel Silver guard, and differentially heat treated 52100 blade.
Similar Piece Price:  $400

"Custom Hunter"
This is a "custom" hunter designed by a client.  It carries a 5" blade of differentially heat treated 5160, carved Nickel Silver guard with blk/white spacers, and finished off with a Desert Ironwood handle.
Similar Piece Price:  $350

"Maple Hunter"
Yet another example of my typical huner.  The blade is 3 3/4" of differentially heat treated 52100, with carved Nickel Silver guard, black/white fiber spacers, and stabilized Spalted Maple handle.
Similar Piece Price:  $385
